Stellar Boot Camp is a four week series of group fitness training sessions. With your trainer and a small group of your peers, you will experience exercises for cardiovascular endurance, total body conditioning, fat burning, balance, agility, flexibility, and strength. Participants can expect to get stronger, lose weight, and improve muscle tone

About your trainer:
Sarah is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, and holds a double major in Exercise Science and Fitness Specialist. Her unique blend of functional fitness, cardio and Yoga as well as her uplifting, motivating personality, are just what you need to get you on the right path to better health and fitness!
Sarah will motivate you about changing your fitness level and life in general. There will be comforting, positive, motivating and constructive feedback being constantly served your way and Sarah will spend extra time making sure that each participant understands what they are doing while feeling comfortable and confident in their own body and with their own current skill level. What should I expect at Stellar Boot Camp?
Stellar Boot Camp is a combination of cardio and strength drills, various sport activities, and fun and laughter! We do varying work-outs daily to keep the body constantly challenged and starving for more! Participants will spend an adequate time each morning warming up and cooling down, and we always end our sessions with a thorough stretching session. Be prepared for lots of partner work, too! Each participant will work to maximize their own body and fitness level, not constantly competing against others.
Who is Boot Camp for?
Men and women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels will benefit from training in our small group setting. The only requirement that we have is that you are committed to improving your current fitness level.
What should I wear to Boot Camp?
You should wear a good pair of sneakers and something comfortable like shorts, exercise pants, t-shirts or tank tops. Sports Bras should be covered by longer shirt and "bike shorts" are recommended when wearing shorts.
Do I need to bring anything or purchase any extra equipment?
You do not need to bring anything with you except a positive attitude! Water, towels, mats, and all equipment are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.
